Offerings

  • You’ll take the lead with some provided structure from your planner, who will make sure everything goes smoothly on the big day!

    These packages include (3) meetings beforehand over video call or in person and ongoing digital communication as we work with you to put together a formal timeline and checklist for your wedding day and complete execution of the timeline and checklist the day of the wedding.

    You will be responsible for all planning of event logistics, pre-wedding appointments and communications with other vendors, etc.; we will provide you with a planning checklist so that you have a clear sense of what needs to be done in the months and weeks leading up to your wedding. You’ll be able to track all of your planning tasks and organize contracts and important infor in a custom drive folder made for you.

  • We work with you to curate and select every detail of your wedding, start to finish. We drive the planning work, keeping us on task via a detailed month-by-month checklist.

    Planning packages include at least one meeting per month for the duration of the contract (with no formal “cap” on number of meetings) and open digital communication. We work with you to put together and execute a formal timeline and set up/breakdown plan for your wedding day, as well as to offer expertise from a wedding professional with over 8 years of experience in the wedding and events industry to ensure your day runs smoothly and is full of fun and beautiful memories.

    We will be responsible for identifying and recommending vendors and will be point of contact and collaborator with your vendor team. Your planner will be available to you the entire day of your wedding to run all operations and tasks with your Enodia crew, as well as available for a rehearsal when needed at no additional charge. Your planner will be available to you during the month of your wedding for scheduling and coordination of final vendor appointments, payments, and consultations, and to communicate with your vendors in the weeks prior to your wedding to streamline finalizations for the day of the wedding. You’ll be able to track all of the planning details and organize contracts and important information for your planner (floor plans, contracts, etc.) in a custom drive folder.

  • *** Our Virtual Planning Packages are designed so that we can offer all of our resources, expertise, and planning skill to you from a distance. They do NOT include Day-of Coordination or our physical presence at your event. ***

    These packages are designed for people who we cannot travel to due to client budget or circumstances and/or who would like to save on the cost of a package by having their own point person to run operations the day of the wedding (a trusted loved one, member of the wedding party, etc.), while we have planned every detail to make it go as smoothly as possible. We offer virtual availability during your event to problem solve with your point person and ensure everything runs smoothly.

    We do not recommend these packages to folks with large, very involved, or detailed weddings. We reserve the right to not offer virtual planning package options if, after a consultation, we do not feel confident your event would be successful without our presence.

  • At Enodia we take pride in offering wedding ceremony officiating that meets a wide range of needs. Our officiating services are available for legal and non-legal ceremonies (Maria is ordained and able to officiate weddings in all 50 states).

    If you are looking for a simple, quick, or legal ceremony to make things official without much fuss or prioritizing privacy, we’ve got template scripts we can offer and customize for you.

    If you are looking for a deeply personal ceremony that highlights who you are relationally, communicates your values, incorporates your gathered community, and includes elements that are meaningful and uniquely you, we are here to bring together the ceremony of your dreams!

    Whatever you need, we’re here to talk you through the process, review your vows for tone and length so they can match but remain private from each other, and make sure you don’t lock your knees while standing up there.
