Event Planning Offerings

Planning packages include regular meetings fit to the timeline and scope of the project and open digital communication. We work with you create and execute a formal timeline and set up/breakdown plan for your event. Your planner will operate as co-visionary, topical consultant, vendor liaison, problem-solver, and event coordinator for you. Our goal is for you to walk away feeling a strong sense of ownership over the event design and details and like you were able to hand over the complexities and heavy lifting to us.

We will be available to you for the duration of your event to run all operations and tasks, with added crew if needed (as indicated in the package descriptions). You’ll be able to track all of the planning details and organize contracts and information important for us (floor plans, contracts, moodboards, etc.) in a custom drive folder made just for you and your event.

At Enodia, we love curating spaces and experiences that are beautiful and meaningful.

Let us do what we love to bring to life memories and events that you’ll love!

VIRTUAL Event planning & Consultation Offerings

Our Virtual Planning Packages are designed so that we can offer all of our resources, expertise, and planning skill to you from a distance. They do NOT include Day-of Coordination or our physical presence at your event. This rate does NOT apply to virtual events (virtual fundraisers, conferences, etc.) that we would be joining and offering our actual presence and coordination services at for the duration of the event.

Already have a point person on your team or feel comfortable running the show the day of your event but need a planner to pull everything together before the big day? (Keep in mind many wedding venues require a licensed wedding planner on site, so check in before booking this package!) DIYers, backyard weddings, West Coast events on a budget with staff or team members already assigned to manage the day— these packages are versatile for the right clients! They are designed for people who we cannot travel to due to cost or circumstances and/or who would like to save on the cost of a package by having their own point person to run operations the day of the event. We offer virtual availability during your event to problem solve with your point person and ensure everything runs smoothly. We recommend these packages to folks who are having small and/or simple events and who have a trusted and very reliable point person who will be available the entire duration of your event to run the show. We do not offer these services at our LVL 4 | Gatherings tier because these events are too intricate and involved for us to offer planning without our presence. Think of these virtual planning services like a bundled consultation package.

When you book a virtual planning package, we work with you to curate and select every detail of your event, start to finish. We drive the planning work, keeping us on task through a detailed checklist matched to the timeline and scope of your event. We’ll collaborate so that we can do the work to bring your vision to life. Virtual planning packages include regular meetings fit to the timeline and scope of the project and open digital communication. We work with you create a formal timeline and set up/breakdown plan for your event even though we will not be present to execute it. With over a decade of professional event planning experience (ranging from private events to higher education events/programming to professional conferences and nonprofit events), your planner will operate as co-visionary, topical consultant, vendor liaison, and problem solver. You’ll be able to track all of the planning details and organize contracts and information important for me (floor plans, contracts, moodboards, etc.) in a custom drive folder made just for you and your event.
